program assessment

The purpose of the program assessment is to determine if there are any gaps in how your program is being managed to achieve program goals. Based on your answers, your program will be rated either as: 

  • Green – Likely to be delivered as expected; or
  • Yellow – May be delivered with adjustments/corrections; or
  • Red – Will likely not be delivered in its current form 

The rating criteria is based on the extent that your program is applying good practices for Program Management. 

 

strategic assessment

The purpose of this strategic assessment is to determine if there are any gaps in how your strategic plan was developed or is being managed to achieve your organization’s mission and goals. Based on your answers, your organization will be rated either as: 

  • Green – Sets clear direction and priorities; or
  • Yellow – Needs clarification and/or goals and measures; or
  • Red – Is not comprehensive and/or well defined 

The rating criteria is based on the extent that your organization is applying good practices for Strategic Planning

change readiness assessment

The purpose of this change readiness assessment is to determine if your organization is prepared and ready for the change that you are planning to implement. Based on your answers, your change effort will be rated either as: 

  • Green – Has clear understanding and acceptance of change; or 
  • Yellow – May not be clear as to the need for change and/or is not prepared for it; or 
  • Red – Is not ready for change 

The rating criteria is based on the extent that your organization is applying good practices for Change Management.
