NEXA was created by Sergio Bonadona, a project portfolio management professional focused on helping organizations bring structure, clarity, and decision discipline to complex work.

Over the past 25 years, Sergio has worked in PMO leadership roles — including Big 4 consulting — across private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has built PMO functions from the ground up, designed governance and prioritization frameworks, and helped organizations close the gap between strategy and execution.
