Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through PM Vantage, including NEXA digital products and optional advisory services.

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Product Purchases

NEXA is delivered as a digital product.

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable intellectual property, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access, delivery, or download has been provided.

This policy helps protect the integrity of the product and intellectual property associated with NEXA.

If you experience technical issues accessing or using the product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Setup Sessions

Setup Sessions are one-time advisory engagements intended to help configure and structure NEXA for a specific project or operational environment.

Because time and scheduling capacity are reserved in advance:

Setup Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice

Missed sessions or cancellations made with insufficient notice may be forfeited

Completed sessions are non-refundable

Coaching & Advisory Services

Coaching and Advisory services are provided on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may cancel recurring services before the next billing cycle.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • unused sessions do not roll over automatically

  • partially used months are not prorated

  • scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

PM Vantage reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to operational or scheduling conflicts.

Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues related to product delivery, file access, or usability, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

This may include:

  • re-delivery of files

  • troubleshooting support

  • access assistance

  • clarification of setup instructions

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue or believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally whenever possible.

Policy Updates

PM Vantage may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
