Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party provider.

PM Vantage does not store full payment card information.

Digital Product Sales

Because NEXA is delivered as a digital product, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

If you experience technical issues or delivery problems, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

Coaching and Advisory Services

PM Vantage may provide optional coaching, or advisory services related to NEXA.

These services are intended to support project understanding, decision-making, governance, and operational execution.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• services are provided on a month-to-month basis

• scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

• unused sessions do not roll over automatically

• clients remain responsible for all project decisions and business outcomes

PM Vantage does not assume formal project management authority, operational control, or executive responsibility within client organizations.

No Guarantees

NEXA is designed as a project guidance and decision support system.

While the system is intended to support project visibility, structure, and decision-making, PM Vantage does not guarantee:

• project success

• delivery outcomes

• financial performance

• schedule achievement

• operational results

• organizational performance

All decisions and actions taken using NEXA remain the responsibility of the user or organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Vantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, business, financial, or operational damages arising from:

• use of the website

• use of NEXA

• reliance on advisory guidance

• interruption of services

• project outcomes or delivery performance
